I just heard an insightful quote while an individual was commenting on the Covington High School fiasco...

"Tell me how you voted, and I'll already know what you saw in those videos."

The following article is the result of a smaller post I had written commenting on the above. The more I thought about what I had said, I realized I could do a much better job developing and communicating the thoughts I was having.

Here we go.

I submit that the maliciousness toward those students, and many other cultural carcinogens of which we are daily inundated with, are the result of a society aggressively feasting with an insatiable appetite; exploring the limits of behavior licensed by relativism and rejection of unbiased truth.

The idea that truth is “fluid”, and resistance to the belief there are conclusive definitions of right and wrong, is a primary engine driving the most extreme behaviors in our culture, And at the same time indulging in the farthest reaches of human behavior and depravity, claiming that those who do hold to the conviction of moral absolutes are perpetrators of some sort of phobia or oppression; especially if said standards are Scripturally based.

We find in this deception a womb and birthplace within our society for some of the most egregious behaviors imposed upon our citizenry. In particular, a specific section of our population:

Children.

And we have to have had enough.

I have. And we need to talk about this.

Without shame, self-appointed social engineers are continually demonstrating they have no regard for penetrating our children's minds and morals with their far out ideas. I find this appalling! Our children are not lab rats to inculcate with the latest extreme social extravaganzas based on a system of morality, or lack of, that wants to change with every wind of new ideas.

The recent event at the Right to Life March and the students from Covington High School is a blatant example of this.

As a sidebar concerning the event:

Multiple major news media outlets should be ashamed. And called out forcefully and relentlessly. The falsehoods contended concerning the Covington students are not the only lies purported. Concerning the march itself, with conscious deception, it was reported that only a few thousand attended the event. Willfully not reporting that the total March had hundreds of thousands of participants! The blatant and cognizant lying to protect political agendas is disgusting.

So, to the issue at hand.

How is it OK that a grown sixty something year old adult can barge uninvited into the midst of a group of high schoolers?

High Schoolers. Hhhhmmmm. Wait a minute…

That means they are minors!

This man relentlessly pounds his drum in the face of children, relatively speaking, to harass and intimidate them. Then he apparently coincides with the false narrative that these teenagers were the villains and lies about himself being the victim. In addition, the heavily edited video is circulated throughout the media making these kids look like criminals!

Note: Nathan Phillips. You can brag that you were in the Marines if you want. I know Marines sir. And not a one of them would be so lacking in “code” to peacock like this in front of some high school kids. Especially if said Marine had been AWOL multiple times and falsely gave the impression he was a Vietnam veteran. There is not much to brag about here and it is clear, you were not an outstanding demonstration of semper fi!

These children were used…violated…to lie to our nation for the purpose of invoking outrage and political propaganda.

And Furthermore…

There is another area where abandonment of limits and definitions of right and wrong is in full tilt with no indication of any slowing down. It is the growing and widely celebrated national

nonsense known as “Drag Queen Story Hour”. Actually, “nonsense” is the wrong word in that it is not descriptive enough. “Socially accepted child abuse...even potential imposed voyeurism" is a more accurate description.

After reading multiple advertisements for these events taking place around our country, Canada as well, I’ll sum up what they are heralding:

"OK Mom’s and Dad’s! Let's have Little Johnny and Suzie come and watch while we parade before all of you a gender confusing individual and turn it into play time! We will associate what would normally make us uncomfortable, even vexed, with balloons and candy and dancing. We will uproot any idea that there are foundations of truth and replace it with “fluidity”. Thereby impressing upon the child that there are no absolutes, rules, or even guidelines…even in your genetic makeup!!! Weeeeeeee…isn’t this fun!!"

There is one illustration I can give that perfectly captures the mindless cooperation with that which would have had us reeling in unbelief just 20 years ago.

I submit that in the same way the long line of children in Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall” video, mindlessly fall off into the meat grinder, these same "parents" are in zombie-esque formation, doing the same themselves. And taking their children with them.

The following statistic proves the indoctrination is working.

“Barna Group sheds new light on striking social and demographic trends: Teenagers in Gen Z are at least twice as likely as American adults to identify as LGBT or as atheist.” Christianity Today

It’s not rocket science to figure out how this is happening. Keep slamming this stuff down our throats and in the heads of our children, and of course this is the result. At the same time, proactively assault and insult the “competition”; conservatively biased Americans, and especially the Christian faith.

When you relentlessly bludgeon the moral filter the Lord put into our hearts, capitulation is only a matter of time.

Please consider carefully the following from an article by Andrew Miller concerning the observations of Edward Gibbon; well known for his work “The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire”.

“A year before the U.S. Constitution was ratified, Edward Gibbon published the final volume of The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. Gibbon identified five major causes behind the fall of one of history’s greatest empires. Declining demographics didn’t make the list. Nor did insufficient technology or climate change.

The five causes:

-Breakdown of the family.

-Increased taxation

-An insatiable craving for pleasure

-An unsustainable buildup of armaments

-The decay of religion.

According to Gibbon, the root cause of Roman societal collapse was their loss of civic virtue and individual morality. Gibbon believed the laws of morality were as unchanging as the laws of mathematics and physics.

English statesman Edmund Burke, a colleague of Gibbon’s, is often called the father of modern conservatism. He summarized his beliefs about morality in a letter to the sheriffs of Bristol in 1777:

“All who have ever written on government are unanimous, that among a people generally corrupt, liberty cannot long exist.”

George Washington owned a copy of The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. In his famous farewell address, Washington said, “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports.”

Gibbon, Burke and Washington believed that the safeguards of society were not military legions or productive merchants or prosperous consumers but high morals and sincere religion. Yet most politicians and educators today reject this belief.”

To summarize, I found another quote by Gibbons while validating the above referenced article's accuracy, concerning the same material he had reported.

“The five marks of the Roman decaying culture: -Concern with displaying affluence instead of building wealth; -Obsession with sex and perversions of sex; -Art becomes freakish and sensationalistic instead of creative and original; -Widening disparity between very rich and very poor; -Increased demand to live off the state.”

Roll The Dice

The following is a well-known statistic.

Multiple studies have verified that with both men and women, the transgender suicide rate is well over 40%. In other words, almost half of the people have considered, attempted, or were successful killing themselves!

And yet our wonderful social engineers think these very troubled people should be held up to our children as standards of liberty and expression!

note: I thought long and hard about including the picture to the left. But friends...this is what is happening to our children. In case you are not aware, both persons in this famous picture are male. That is a boy and a man. Child gender trafficking is now popular entertainment!

So..let's roll the dice shall we, and put the above statistic into perspective:

-If you were ready to board an airplane, would you be full of excitement knowing that aircraft has an almost 1 in 2 chance of crashing?

-Would you be overwhelmed with joy, blowing the whistles and wearing your party hat while boarding a train you knew has almost a 1 in 2 chance of derailing?

-How about bringing the whole family to a restaurant there was a 1 in 2 chance of getting food poisoning?

Referring to the previous statistic...almost 1 in 2 transgenders struggle with and will attempt suicide. Did you get that? Almost 1 in 2!

So please explain the frenzy and borderline hysterical celebration as those with the most extreme ideas of what is right and wrong, are enthusiastically encouraging even our children to partake in the practice?

They are getting parents to basically say to their children, “Go ahead Billy. Let me help introduce you to a lifestyle that opens the door to almost a one out of two chance of attempting to kill yourself. Isn’t this great? I’m so glad I’m your parent!”

Are we insane?

Using the above illustration, if my child was going to get on that plane...or the train...or eat at the restaurant...shouldn't I be saying:

"NO!!!...I don't care what you "feel" right now. This behavior is proving to be destructive and I'm saying no to protect you!"

Parents, we are supposed protect our children. Not hypnotically follow the flavor of the day espoused by those so lost in spiritual death that reasonable sense is a long lost attribute.

“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” Ephesians 6:4

“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.” Psalm 127:3

I am unabashed contending that parents exposing their children to these things, are breaking a sacred trust God naturally instills in the spirit of a child toward the parent. The child has within his/her DNA instinctively to trust unreservedly that their parents are to be protectors, guides, and teachers of the pliant morality within their hearts, minds, and resulting emotions.

For a parent to violate this trust by allowing unvetted evangelizers and their gender theories to be ingested by their children in the same manner they had milk and cookies is a crime.

You Are Not Necessarily What You Think

“We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ…” II Corinthians 10:5

Reality check.

Not everything that comes into your mind is supposed to be considered valid. Not every behavior is acceptable. Parents are supposed to be guiding their children through the maze of a fallen world, teaching them that there are behaviors and philosophies that are not to be participated in. That there are destructive desires and conceptions which at first may seem appealing, that are to be avoided…

...and...

To vigorously resist the idea that the safeguards of “right and wrong” must be discarded in the name of relativism and “Do what thou wilt”; the oft repeated slogan of that most infamous satanist, Alistair Crowley.

There is at least one monumental problem with believing that casting off moral restraint is a yellow brick road to real freedom and enlightenment. This supposed “freedom” has zero evidence that any society throughout history reveling in unchecked immorality and abandonment of discipline ever survived.

Lack of moral law and obligation seeks to free individuals from the internal struggle they experience when confronted with the idea that their particular behavior is unacceptable. They claim ultimate freedom while indicting the thought of moral absolutes as bigoted, phobic, and oppressive.

I’ll be clear…

SOME BEHAVIORS ABSOLUTELY NEED TO BE SUPPRESSED! I SUBMIT THAT GENUINE OPPRESSION IS BEING IMPRISONED BY BEHAVIORS YOU CANNOT STOP…NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU MAY TRY TO EXCUSE THEM.

Here’s the dilemma the above statement refers to.

As humans in a fallen world, we will NEVER escape struggle in some form. Especially the internal struggle to find meaning in life and some sense of bearing in a chaotic world. That there is internal and external moral compasses authored by the Creator to be guided by. To ultimately be responsible to a Benevolent God and Savior that makes it clear through creation itself that order is to replace chaos and abandonment. This is true materially and morally.

“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” I Corinthians 6:9-11 (italics mine)

The idea that "God just made me that way" and folks are powerless to resist certain emotions and desires is not valid. The Lord through the Apostle Paul is clear in the above passage, that the very people whose actions previously were not pleasing to God, had denied these things to modify their behavior, and as a result were welcomed wholeheartedly by the Lord.

Three amazing benefits were experienced when these people changed their behavior:

-Washed. Though in God’s eyes the previous behaviors were clearly unacceptable; in Christ when they were forgiven and stopped acting in those ways, they were "scrubbed

down"...squeaky clean!

-Sanctified. That means they were separated from their old lifestyle. Made unique. Belonging to God Himself.

- Justified. Their sins are no longer held against them. Acquitted. Be free!

There are serious benefits to living godly…in this life and the next.

I'll demonstrate that we don’t even need "religion" to prove this. Here is an oversimplified illustration that clearly testifies that we are a people of choice. We have a will that we are responsible to control and use wisely. That our actions for the most part are a matter of decision, not compulsion.

Say your child accidentally touches a hot stove. Ouch!!! The repercussions of that experience will impress upon them not to do that again. They know if they do that again, it's gonna hurt. As an act of their will and self control, they will choose the appropriate restraint so that they do not repeat the pain.

I don't know about you, but I have never met a child that touches hot stoves continually because “God made them that way"; and as such they had no choice in the matter. And if there were a child like this out there, not only did God not make them that way, I bet the parents are doing whatever they can to help MODIFY the behavior to stop the harm. Putting hands on hot stoves would not be recognized as a blessing to be celebrated, but a malady that desperately needs to be remedied!

The contention that the graces and standards of God known primarily through the Bible are oppressive and phobic is preposterous. We have a spiritual nature and it will never escape a desire for "rightness", no matter how hard you attempt to squelch it.

Guilt and sorrow are attributes granted to us to know that something is wrong morally. By attempting to remove behavior boundaries through relativism, Satan knows that the flywheel effect of guilt and helplessness, added to that the factual or imagined social pressure of unacceptance, will collapse the self-preservation defenses within the soul of the individual. In that condition of perceived helplessness, his (Satan's) ultimate goal is to drive said individual to take his own life.

“Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons.”

I Timothy 4:1

“God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth…” I Timothy 3:15 (italics mine)

“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one even gets near to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6

“…namely Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Colossians 2:3

As effectively as an antibiotic will kill the invading bacteria in the body, so will the power of the Living Christ Jesus and His principles of faith eventually submit and remove that which is afflicting the person. Even if that contagion is the person themselves.

Satan is acutely aware that the freedom found in the Name of Jesus and His blood is that which alone will release anyone from the chains of carnal appetites and if the case, the demonic animation of them. The materialist under the guidance of demonic mindsets and indoctrination vigorously wants to deny the reality of spiritual agencies. These "doctrines of demons", are developed in such a way that the individual believing them is Pavlovian trained to reflex against religious influence.

The Church of Jesus Christ is not an entity to simply feed poor people and run Bingo on a Friday night. “Truth”, embodied in the Person of Jesus, is to be reverberating through her halls. Then taken into a world that needs to have trumpeted before them all the realities of a spiritual kingdom and its availability to those who long for it. And the harsh repercussions of those who reject it.

Insidious

One last contention as I finish this article.

There is more to the above than asking what’s the problem with people simply wanting to be on Spring Break the rest of their lives. To live the credo…if it feels good, do it.

I believe we must consider that this incendiary worldview of ”no holds barred” excess is the “promised land” to the social antagonist. Within relativism and "truth is what you want it to be", is the almost unlimited supply of resource to lead an unsuspecting and/or uneducated people group to blindly follow them. These architects of cultural re-engineering know full well that the highly combustible fuel of personal perception and defined morality can be ignited at will; many times at the complete ignorance of the one played! And to the delight of the one using the instance as a means to plaster their well-choreographed opinions and purposes across the airways.

Citing the Covington High School incidence once again, here is how it is done:

Edit carefully the images…necessarily include as the components of volatility terms and images like Veteran...Native American...MAGA hats...oppression and privilege...racism…Catholic/Christian imagery...etc...and you have the rock and flint and combustive material to ignite the desired chaos. And if the pandemonium seems to wane...just have the media keep blowing on these things in the same way I blew on campfire embers to stoke it and get it blazing again!

Social upheaval is a fixed science being practiced by those very aware of their actions.

This is textbook propaganda. And in the Covington case; the attempted message is that Christian boys and education are producing insensitive, President Trump loving racists and oppressors. And as a result, they and those like them must be silenced, as the instigators of these most terrible social violations!

Yes, the memory of Covington and the March will fade away...until another manufactured crisis comes along. And take this to the bank, it will come along! A new crisis and intimately choreographed narrative is right around the corner to give false impression by relentlessly hammering home the same lie that “this is like this”.

When angst is built to fever pitch…those behind the scenes will step in with the apparent answer everyone thinks they need. And don't think for a minute that "answer" will not include the implications that Christians and conservative thinkers are oppressors and racists...full of privilege and insensitivity! That they must be censored from the public forum as they and their ideas are harmful to our well being.

And then they will have increased in the one thing that was the goal from the beginning.

Power.

There are people groups within our nation, and nations abroad, that despise the American way of life. And though not the subject of this article…history is replete with the writings and speeches and actions of those that have great disdain toward our nation. A nation that has thrived on the benefits of freedom and faith and family. That the surest way to destroy this is to break down traditional family ideals and definitions, create entitlement, and relentlessly hammer away at the ideals of yesterday. To ridicule with abandonment the precepts and histories of the past. To relentlessly contend that our mistakes inherently make us an evil. To destroy us by turning us on ourselves, using our own moralities against us.

I'll repeat…the reason for this article and its antagonism…is that children more than ever are the commodity of choice for the above criminalities against God and His moral and social standards. Of which the history of our country gives overwhelming evidence she has espoused.

Putting Out The Fire

When a house is on fire, you call the fire department. Those trained in putting out fires. You can throw a glass of water on a fire to start I guess. But there are those trained and have the appropriate equipment to extinguish the flames down to the last ember.

Our nation is on fire right now. The arsonist is Lucifer himself. And the seen and unseen minions purposed to destroy the goodness of our people.

"...always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect..." I Peter 3:15

I submit we spend the necessary amount of time researching and studying writers, pundits, philosophers...secular and religionist...who have shown the ability to reasonably refute the above darkened ideologies. There are those whom God has graced to cogently demonstrate the flaws and dangers of progressive thought empowered by humanistic/materialistic ideals.

My friends, we are supposed to be educated beyond "Well the Bible says so." The Word of God is clear. We are expected to be able to clearly communicate our convictions; and do this with a calm and respectful demeanor.

Me...I start with Jesus.

He Who quenched the most intense fire of all...the horrific destiny of hell itself to all of us separated from Him by sin. And whose teachings of love for God and neighbor above self can extinguish any angst and hate.

With evidence spanning thousands of years of relative peace and co-existence when a culture embraces the principles of the Judeo-Christian ethos, I fail to see the reason and/or logic to banning from public discourse the teachings of Him who more than any other taught and demonstrated peace and love and self-sacrifice for others...at the same time, untold millions of dollars are spent in courts fighting to keep a 60 second prayer out of school or the public reading of Scripture at a graduation ceremony.

OK...there is one reason for the revulsion...

"...and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil..." John 3:19

There is evil. There are evil people. Call it.

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16 (italics mine)

The Church is the light of the world. You...YEAH YOU...are the light of the world. We didn't make this up...God did!

"Light" specifically implies that you are going to be seen! Take the perspective that the pressures, even threats, against you can be compared to darkness trying to envelope light to extinguish it. That is impossible! Light is instantly superior and overwhelming to darkness. The tentacles of "darkness" that would try to swallow up light are mere phantoms and apparitions that have no substance.

Refuse adamantly to be called racist...privileged...hater and bigot...and any other label that is attempted to be applied to you.

These are made up terms and twisted definitions of our vocabulary attempting to control and bind free speech. As Christians, we believe that those separated from God in this life will be separated from God in the next. That it is our duty out of love to share what the Lord made plain through the Scriptures; which certainly includes clear definitions of grievous behavior unbecoming of a creation made in the image of their Creator.

Those that publicly voice the words of the Lord, are not haters, but lovers in the truest sense!

It is clear, that we are reporters, not enforcers of the Word of God. God takes care of the judging. Our part is to let everyone know what He thinks. Then leave it up to them and God.

The public forum is not an arena we are ever commanded to stay away from. Jesus Himself...and Paul...died because their speech would not be silenced. Things turned out just fine for them.

They will turn out just fine for us as well.

Author's Note:

If there was a theme for Jesus' ministry, it could be summed up in just these few words:

"God so loved the world."

God loves people. All people. And His ultimate demonstration of this was sending His Son to die for sinners. All sinners and all sin. Real people...real struggles.

I have been clear throughout my public ministry in both speaking and writing; that no matter the spiritual offense, which certainly includes sexual sin...God loves all sinners and is ready in an instance to forgive...on His terms of course!

I did not develop those thoughts as much as I could in this article for a specific reason:

Children.

This article was written primarily to address the horridness of the exploitation of children for political agenda and sexual validation of very confused individuals. And the responsibility of parents to raise their children uprightly and responsibly. This certainly must include protecting those innocents from ideas and practices that by their very nature are destructive; to which the statistics verify.

If someone takes this article and in any way tries to claim it contains "phobia...hate...privilege..." or any other popular label being used to attempt to squelch and/or demonize those with different positions...that person is misguided at best...a blatant liar at worst. And I would wholeheartedly reject their accusations.
