At IHC, we believe that once you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the next step is publicly declaring it with water baptism.
When we are immersed in the water, we identify ourselves with Jesus in his death and burial. When we are raised up out of the water, we identify ourselves with the resurrection of Jesus and the hope of eternal life.
Baptism also gives the rest of us, including your family and friends, an opportunity to celebrate with you!
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
